1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across India only. At this time, international shipping is not available.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–10 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed on business days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • During peak periods or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden or additional delivery charges.

4. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner:

Delivery timelines mentioned below begin after the order has been dispatched

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days
  • The product will be delivered to you within 15 working days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, logistical delays, or remote delivery locations.

5. Courier & Tracking

Orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier partners.

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided.
  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

6. Payment Method

We accept online payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Unforeseen logistical issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners but will assist you in tracking your shipment.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Re-shipping may not be possible in such cases.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product (if applicable).
  • We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
